Supreme Court grants Commission’s Motion to Accept Stipulation to Permanent Resignation from Judicial Office Effective March 16, 2012 in Lieu of Further Disciplinary Proceedings concerning Thirteenth Judicial District Court Judge John W. Pope, Supreme Court Docket No. 29,778, JSC Inquiry No. 2006-046. Court order accepts the permanent resignation thereby permanently barring Pope from ever holding judicial office in New Mexico again, and unseals the Supreme Court’s file in the disciplinary matter.
