Supreme Court grants Commission’s Motion to Accept Stipulation to Permanent Resignation from Judicial Office Effective February 24, 2012 in Lieu of Further Disciplinary Proceedings concerning Third Judicial District Court Judge Michael T. Murphy, Supreme Court Docket No. 32,933, JSC Inquiry No. 2011-069. Court order accepts the permanent resignation thereby permanently barring Murphy from ever holding New Mexico judicial office again, and unseals the Supreme Court’s file in the disciplinary matter.
