Supreme Court grants Commission’s Petition to Accept Stipulation to Permanent Retirement from Judicial Office Effective September 30, 2011 in Lieu of Further Disciplinary Proceedings concerning San Juan County Magistrate Wilma Charley, Supreme Court Docket No. 33,219, JSC Inquiry Nos. 2010-090 & 2011-059. Court orders accept the permanent retirement and thereby permanently barring Charley from ever holding New Mexico judicial office again, and unseal the Court’s file in the disciplinary matter.
