Supreme Court issues order accepting the permanent resignation of Eighth Judicial District Court Judge Sam B. Sanchez, Supreme Court Docket No. 32,557, JSC Inquiry Nos. 2009-124, 2010-009, 2010-019 & 2010-064. Court order permanently bars Sanchez from judicial office, and orders him to pay the Commission within 90 days $1,115.16 in trial costs.
