Supreme Court granted the Commission’s Petition to Accept Stipulation Agreement and Consent to Discipline concerning Sandoval County Magistrate Court Judge Delilah Montano-Baca, SCT Docket No. S-1-SC-35374, JSC Inquiry No. 2015-048. The Court ordered that the Judge complete six (6) months of formal mentorship and one (1) year of probation.
