Supreme Court denies Commission’s Amended Petition for Discipline concerning the Hon. John L. Sanchez, Mora County Magistrate Court, SCT Docket No. 32,903, JSC Inquiry No. 2012-080, following oral argument before the Supreme Court on September 18, 2013. The Supreme Court’s order granted the Commission’s request to lift the abatement of a prior disciplinary matter (see April 6, 2011 entry below) in which Judge Sanchez had received and completed the terms of formal discipline from the Supreme Court on stipulation (JSC Inquiry Nos. 2009-070, 2009-098, 2010-024, and 2010-076).
