On 12/15/2021, the Supreme Court temporarily suspended Hon. Robert W. Ionta without pay. On 05/04/2022, the Supreme Court granted the Commission’s Petition for Immediate Temporary Suspension Without Pay. The Commission filed a Petition for Permanent Retirement in Lieu of Further Disciplinary Proceedings with the Supreme Court on 07/22/2022 which the Supreme Court granted on 08/01/2022.
